This symbol signifies a discontinued but still available product. Discontinued items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customer Service

Shipping  charges are a flat fee of $7.50 on all products except dinnerware if within the 48 contiguous states.  Due to the weight of dinnerware, there is an extra shipping charge of $9 that will be added to your total on any dinnerware order.  This will be added after your order is placed.  You will receive an email confirming the total amount of your sale.

Please allow 2 weeks for delivery of all items that are in stock.  If an item is not in stock or in back order we will notify you via email.

Return Policy:

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, most items are returnable within 30 days of receipt.  You must obtain a return authorization number to avoid your package being refused by our warehouse.  All products are subject to a 20% restocking fee (unless defective).  Products must be unused and in their original packaging.  Shipping charges are not refundable, and any charges in excess of the flat shipping rate incurred by Prints & Paints will be deducted from the refund.

We cannot accept returns on the following:

-         Items returned without a Return Authorization Number

-         Items returned after 30 days of receipt

-         Items not in their original condition and packaging

-         Cut yardage fabric

-       1 spool of border or 1 double roll (2 single rolls) of wallpaper

-         Clearance and/or discontinued items

Obtaining Return Authorization & Packaging your Return:

1.    To obtain Return Authorization (RA), please call 419-462-5663 or e-mail Anna at .  No refunds will be given without a return authorization number.

2.    Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.   Include your name, address and phone number inside the package to ensure proper credit. 

3.    Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.  We are not responsible for damage incurred during return shipping so please package your items carefully.

4.      Return your package using the carrier of your choice to:

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 7 days after receiving your package in our warehouse.  Credit can only be applied on the account the items were purchased.  In the event that you paid by check or money order you will receive a refund check.

Damaged or Defective Items:

In the event that you were to receive an item that was defective, we will replace it at no charge to you.  Please email Anna at or call 419-462-5663 with a detailed description of the defect.  You will then be instructed on how to return your package.
